Kraft Paper Making Process
Paper Pulping Process: The raw material firstly is conveyed into hydrapulper equipment for pulping, then the pulp go into high density cleaner equipment for cleaning, after cleaning, the pulp into pressure screen equipment for screening, then refiner equipment is for refining, lastly, the pulp is transported to pressure screen before paper machine for screening.
Paper Making Process: After pulping, the fine pulp is distributed evenly into paper machine wire section by headbox, the pulp is formed wet paper sheet in wire section, then the wet paper is into press section for dehydration, after dewatering, the paper sheet will into dryer section for drying, then the finished paper is made.
