Paper Mill Equipment Dryer Cylinder
Paper mill dryer cylinder is an important equipment for drying paper water and sorting paper in the dryer part of paper making process, and has the characteristic of supplying steam from one side and discharging condensate from the other side. The dryer head and journals are made of special cast iron, and the dryer journals with steam or condensate pipes are equipped with insulating sleeves.
Dryer Cylinder Brife Introduction
1. The materials used to manufacture the dryer are mainly HT200 and HT250. In view of the production quality requirements, excessive air intrusion and air bubbles are not allowed.
2. There are rotating shafts at both ends of the machine head, and the steam that dries the paper passes through the holes in the hollow shaft at one end.
3. There is also a collecting bucket to send the condensed water to the other end of the hollow shaft to be discharged.
4. The dryer barrel is usually made of cast iron with a smooth outer surface. The multi-layer graphite flake properties of cast iron allow the blank to be easily separated from the barrel surface, so that the paper does not stick during baking.
