What Is The Toilet Paper Making Process For Paper Mill?
1. Stock preparation
This is to process incoming fibers and make them suitable for tissue toilet making. It includes pulping, cleaning, screening, refinering and others from raw mateial to pulp.
2. The tissue toilet paper machine: mainly makes paper pulp to form paper roll.
3. Converting: the jumbo roll converts to the final product.
4. The log asw cuts the log from the rewinder in to desired roll width.
