The reason of paper machine wire section working speed is slower than the press section is that the pulp, which is processed in paper pulping process, dehydrate in paper machine wire section, the horizontal moisture is uneven, pulp deviation is larger, easy to pleat, so the paper machine press section speed need to be faster, and the paper sheet after press roller will be stretched, tighten a little, especially when drying, the paper sheet is heating, transverse contraction, longitudinal elongation. It’s good for finished paper quality.
