HXS Series Curved Screen
HXS series curved screen can be used for fiber recovery, pulp thickening, white water purification, fiber fractionating and other uses for paper mill production line.
Application & Features
1. Fiber recovery: the treatment of white water in various pulping and paper making processes to recover fibers.
2. Pulp thickening: thickening of accept pulp and reject pulp in the screening and cleaning system; broken pulp thickening.
3. White water purification: paper machine white water purification is used to spray water;
purification and reuse of press water of paper machine.
4. Fiber fractionating: fractionating of long and short fibers. Separation of large fiber bundles.
5. Separation of fiber and filler: washing with deinking pulp, washing the coated broken pulp.
6. Sewage treatment: remove solid suspended solids.
