Two Layer Cardboard Paper Machine Main Parts
Headbox: Two sets of open headboxes are respectively corresponding to the top layer wire and the bottom layer wire. By controlling the liquid level in the headbox, control and stabilize the sizing head of the on-line slurry.
Wire section: Top layer and bottom layer. It mainly consists of breast roll, forming plate, dewatering plate, vacuum box, composite roll, vacuum roll, leading roll, guide roll and frame.
Press section: Large roll diameter press. Equipped with rubber coated metal roller, upper and lower felt, felt leading roll and felt suction box. The pressurization method is pressurization by hydraulic cylinder.
Dryer section: Φ1500/Φ1800 dryer cylinders, group transmission, equipped with guide rollers, dry wire and seal air hood.
Calender: Double roller calender, the upper and lower rollers are metal rollers, the pressure method is corrugated pneumatic tire pressure.
Reeling machine: Pneumatic horizontal paper winder, pressurized by air cylinder.
