Section of Paper Making Machine
Paper Making Machine mainly consisted of headbox, wet end, press section, drying section and calender section, the wet end to form wet paper is the core for paper machine. Paper Machine can be devided into Fourdrinier Machine, Twin-Wire machine and Cylinder Machine according to the wet end structure.
Main structure of Paper Making Machine
Headbox: Convey certain concentration slurry into the wet end regularly
Wet End: Wet paper formed, and fluid will be filtered out
Press Section: The wet paper passes between large rolls loaded under high pressure to squeeze out as much water as possible
Drying Section: The pressed paper passes a series of steam heated drying cylinders to shrink sheet and strengthen fiber density and intensity
Calender Section: The dried paper is smoothened under high loading and pressure
